Dr. Croix-Ronald Coppáge is the Founder and Managing Principal of HWP InsightWorks, HWP InsightStudios, and the flagship firm, Healthworks Pros, LLC (HWP), where he provides executive leadership for complex, data-driven initiatives at the intersection of public policy, equity, analytics, and infrastructure decision-making.

Dr. Coppáge brings extensive experience directing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale studies involving fare policy, transportation equity, health and social systems, and regulatory compliance. His work is grounded in rigorous quantitative analysis and strengthened by practical implementation strategies, ensuring that policy recommendations are both analytically defensible and operationally feasible.

As Managing Principal, Dr. Coppáge oversees governance, risk management, and quality assurance across all InsightWorks engagements. He is known for integrating advanced analytics, spatial and geospatial methods, and stakeholder engagement into cohesive decision-support frameworks that withstand public scrutiny and meet federal and state oversight standards.

Beyond his applied consulting leadership, Dr. Coppáge is a published author and thought leader in organizational capacity-building, governance, and community health education. His publications include Metamorphosis: Caterpillar to Butterfly, an instructional guide to capacity-building success for entrepreneurs and nonprofit institutions. He is also the author of Secrets of the Down-Low Brother, a public health–focused educational work addressing HIV/AIDS awareness and relationship safety, particularly among women of color. His written work reflects his longstanding commitment to advancing informed, equity-centered dialogue on complex social challenges.

Dr. Coppáge is certified in Information Systems and serves as a provider of professional training in project governance, regulatory compliance, grant accountability, and evidence-based program management. He equips public agencies and nonprofit institutions with the structural frameworks necessary to meet audit standards, manage risk, and sustain long-term impact.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration, centered on nonprofit management, an MBA, and undergraduate degrees in Political Science and English Literature. He also earned a Distinction in Writing Certification from Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York, reinforcing his ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, accessible guidance for executive leaders and community stakeholders alike.
